What payment methods are supported by J&T Express?
The payments are Present/Cash transactions, Cash on Delivery (COD) & Monthly Payment for VIPs.
The sender must pack the package properly for the receiver to receive his purchases in the best possible condition. If any loss in damage arises due to improper packaging, then the sender covers these losses.
The weight used for billing is whatever has the highest value. If we increase the actual weight during the whole delivery process because of some additional packaging, please note this is what we will use as the standard for our delivery costs.
The sender must truthfully declare the contents and value of the package. If information is misrepresented, then it is entirely the sender’s responsibility.
J&T Express cannot guarantee that each delivery will go smoothly without a hitch. Unforeseen events may arise during the delivery of your package.
Deliverers of packages are not liable for the items if no complaints are filed when the boxes are dropped off.
The sender must make claims for issue resolution or compensation as soon as possible. This must be accomplished within 3 (three) working days, as shown on the receipt and other related documents.
